About

What the science says, and what it doesn't

Vital Pathways is an evidence-based peptide education library. We read the primary literature so you don't have to, and we're upfront about the gap between what's studied and what's still unknown.

Our approach

Three principles, no exceptions

Evidence first

Every figure on this site traces back to a citation. If a claim can't be sourced to the primary literature, it doesn't get published.

Educational only

Nothing here is medical advice or a recommendation. We explain what the research shows for research and educational purposes. The decisions stay yours.

Independent

There's no sponsored "expert" and no consulting relationship shaping the content. The library makes the editorial calls.

Editorial process

How we build a protocol page

The same four-step process runs behind every page in the library, whether it's a single-molecule protocol or a full guide.

01
Locate primary sources
We start from peer-reviewed literature and preclinical data, not forums or secondhand summaries.
02
Extract dose & frequency, with citation
Every figure we publish is paired with the study it came from, right where it appears.
03
Compliance review
Copy is checked against our editorial standards before it goes live, with therapeutic claims and promised outcomes both ruled out.
04
Monthly update
Pages are revisited as new evidence and molecules emerge, and revised where the literature has moved.
Standards

Editorial standards

We hold every page in the library to the same bar: research and educational content only, written for people who want to understand the science behind a peptide before they form their own view.

Every factual number on this site is published with a cited source.

Our full editorial policy covers sourcing, review cadence and how we handle conflicting studies.
